Fortunately for me, art librarianship is a very happy marriage of my interests in art and cultural heritage, education, public service, and technology. After earning a degree in painting, I stumbled upon librarianship and went on to pursue an MS in Information Sciences. Professionally, I am excited about providing excellent service through reference and instruction, implementing new technologies, and creating programs that meaningfully engage a wide range of visitors with both the museum's collections and the library's resources.
When I'm not at the library, I am a sometimes painter, a reluctant athlete, and a shameless enthusiast of stout beer. I'm also a full-time dog owner who really can't believe that Mamoun's is so good and yet so cheap.
